欢迎使用芽芽。本服务条款(以下简称「本条款」)是您与开发者 ByteLink(以下简称「我们」)之间,就您使用芽芽应用(以下简称「本应用」)所达成的协议。本应用面向 6–14 岁孩子,应在家长设置与监督下使用。下载、安装或使用本应用,即表示您(家长 / 监护人)已阅读、理解并同意接受本条款的约束。
1. 使用许可
在您遵守本条款的前提下,我们授予您一项个人的、非商业的、不可转让、不可再许可、可撤销的有限许可,用于在您拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本应用。
您不得:
- 将本应用用于任何商业目的或对外提供服务;
- 对本应用进行反编译、逆向工程、反汇编,或试图获取其源代码;
- 以任何方式干扰、破坏本应用的正常运行或安全机制;
- 将本应用内容再分发、转售、出版或公开传播。
2. 知识产权
本应用及其全部内容,包括但不限于界面设计、插画、图标、文案与商标,其知识产权均归我们或相应权利人所有,受著作权及相关法律保护。本条款未明确授予您的权利,我们均予以保留。
3. 家长模式与监护责任
本应用提供受 4 位密码保护的「家长模式」,用于建立孩子档案、审批打卡与兑换、调整设置等。家长 / 监护人应自行设置并妥善保管家长密码,对在其设备与家长模式下进行的操作负责。应用内的「奖励」「阳光」「兑换」等均为家庭内部的激励约定,不涉及任何真实货币或现实交易,其具体含义与兑现由家长与孩子自行约定。
4. 内购条款
本应用提供一次性「永久版」内购(商品标识:com.bytelink.sprout.lifetime):
- 一次性买断:付费一次即可永久使用相应功能,并非订阅,不会自动续费。
- 支付由 Apple 处理:所有交易通过 App Store 完成,我们不接触您的支付信息。
- 退款:退款请求依据 Apple 的退款政策处理(通常为购买后 7 天内可向 Apple 申请),我们无法直接为您办理退款。
- 恢复购买:更换设备或重装后,可通过「恢复购买」凭同一 Apple ID 重新获得已购权益。
5. 免责与责任限制
本应用是帮助孩子建立日常习惯的辅助工具,不构成任何教育、医疗、心理或专业建议,也不保证任何特定的习惯养成效果。在适用法律允许的最大范围内,本应用按「现状」与「现有」基础提供,不附带任何明示或默示的担保。我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损害承担责任。
6. 数据与备份
您在本应用中产生的数据默认保存在本地设备。本应用提供「数据导出 / 导入」用于自行备份与恢复。未备份时删除应用可能导致数据丢失,您应自行负责备份重要数据。我们对数据的丢失不承担责任。
7. 条款变更
我们可能不时修订本条款。修订后的条款将发布在本页面并更新「生效日期」。在条款变更后继续使用本应用,即视为您接受修订后的条款。
8. 适用法律
本条款的解释与争议解决,适用您常住地或开发者所在地的有效法律,并应遵守适用的强制性消费者保护规定。涉及 App Store 的事项,同时受 Apple 相关条款约束。

Welcome to Sprout. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and the developer ByteLink ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Sprout app (the "App"). The App is intended for children aged 6–14 and should be used with parental setup and supervision. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you (the parent/guardian) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License of Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control.
You may not:
- use the App for any commercial purpose or to provide services to third parties;
- decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App;
- interfere with or disrupt the App's normal operation or security mechanisms in any way;
- redistribute, resell, publish, or publicly disseminate the App's content.
2. Intellectual Property
The App and all of its content — including without limitation interface design, illustrations, icons, copy, and trademarks — are owned by us or the respective rights holders and are protected by copyright and related laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.
3. Parent Mode & Guardian Responsibility
The App provides a passcode-protected "Parent Mode" for creating a child's profile, approving check-ins and redemptions, and adjusting settings. The parent/guardian is responsible for setting and safeguarding the parent passcode and for actions taken on their device and in Parent Mode. In-app "rewards," "sunshine," and "redemptions" are family-internal incentive arrangements that involve no real currency or real-world transaction; their meaning and fulfillment are agreed between parent and child.
4. In-App Purchase Terms
The App offers a one-time "Lifetime" in-app purchase (product identifier: com.bytelink.sprout.lifetime):
- One-time purchase: a single payment unlocks the corresponding features permanently. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
- Payment handled by Apple: all transactions are completed through the App Store; we never touch your payment information.
- Refunds: refund requests are governed by Apple's refund policy (typically requestable from Apple within 7 days of purchase). We cannot process refunds directly.
- Restore Purchases: after switching or reinstalling on a device, you can regain your purchased entitlement via "Restore Purchases" using the same Apple ID.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is a supportive tool for helping children build daily habits. It does not constitute educational, medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it guarantees no particular habit-formation outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
6. Data & Backups
Data you create in the App is stored on your local device by default. The App provides "Export / Import Data" for you to back up and restore. Without a backup, deleting the App may result in data loss. You are responsible for backing up important data, and we are not liable for any loss of data.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
The interpretation of and any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of your place of residence or the developer's jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that apply. Matters concerning the App Store are additionally subject to Apple's relevant terms.
